Obtaining land

London County Hall

Any business or social enterprise operating in London will be aware of the issues concerning access to suitable land and premises at affordable prices.

Enhance aims to represent London's recycling needs and lobby for more land and premises to be made available to enable recycling and reprocessing organisations to operate cost-effectively within the capital. The programme will actively engage with:

* planners at local authority level
* strategic planning organisations
* developers
* regeneration agencies

We hope to influence the detail of structural development plans and ensure adequate banks of land are zoned for recycling purposes.

As an Enhance client, you will also have access to a sign-posting facility that will provide details of land currently set aside or allocated for use by the recycling and reprocessing sectors.
